PRICES COULD SPIKE AGAIN

De Haan says "the combination of lower oil costs and improving refinery runs has kept downward pressure on pump prices." However, De Haan warns that uncertainty remains, citing ongoing tensions in the Strait of Hormuz and potential disruptions to global oil supplies, which could cause prices to spike again.
He says drivers are currently enjoying some relief at the pump, but experts caution that prices could reverse course if global supply issues escalate.
