A Pit Bull attack in White Swan on Wednesday is a reminder of the many attacks, some deadly that have happened in year over the years.

Hundreds of firefighters from throughout the region and the state are on the fire lines. No word on how the fire started.

Most of these news scandals were shocking and some are outright horrible and vile.

Deputies were called to a home in the 200 block of Second Street in White Swan on October 7.

The men are charged with murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon.

Davis faces charges of burglary and first-degree murder. He's being held in the Yakima County jail.

Investigators are still trying to an exact motive for the crime even though they believe drugs may have played a key role in the killings.

The actual cause remains under investigation. It's the 12th fatal crash in Yakima County so far this year.

According to Newhouse there are three USDA Forest Service Job Corps Centers in Washington State. They're located in White Swan, Moses Lake and in Curlew Washington.

The Yakama Nation begins its commemoration of the Treaty of 1855 with a parade on Friday and a pow wow out in White Swan. Everyone is invited to join the festivities.
