Federal authorities have filed a new indictment against two men charged with the murder of five people in June of last year near White Swan. The indictment against James Dean Cloud and Donovan Quinn Carter Cloud was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Yakima. The men are charged with murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon. The men are also charged with brandishing a firearm. Those killed in the shooting included 61-year-old Dennis Overacker, 59-year-old John Cagle, 51-year-old Michelle Starnes, 49-year-old Catherine Eneas, and 36-year-old Thomas Hernandez. The investigation by federal and local authorities continues.
