Efforts are currently underway to clean up Yakima's North First Street, to make the area safer and more attractive to visitors. City code enforcement administration manager Joe Caruso was a guest on Monday's Mike Bastinelli show. He talked about how stepped up code enforcement is working to fight crime and to improve the look of our city.
