Davis Student Charged With Felony Voyeurism
A student from Davis High School has been charged with 4 counts of felony voyeurism after police say he was taking videos up girls skirts. The student appeared in Yakima County Superior Court Monday where he was charged with the crimes. After the appearance he was released to his family on $10,000 bail. Court papers show he must be supervised and isn't allowed to access the internet, social media or a cell phone.
Prosecutors say he'll like face a fifth felony charged in the future.
Police say a girl told her boyfriend on Wednesday that another boy took video up her skirt. The suspect told police he was assaulted and his phone stolen last Wednesday. The phone, which police say contains some 600 videos was turned over to police by the girls boyfriend. The investigation continues Today.
