VANCOUVER (AP) — Vancouver police say they found guns, drugs and more explosives when they searched the home of a man suspected in two explosions at a Vancouver apartment complex.

Authorities say the explosions occurred July 29 and Oct. 2 in the parking lot of the St. James Apartments. Investigators said they arrested Pedro Franco-Gonzalez on Friday for investigation of arson, possession of prohibited explosives and possession of drugs with intent to deliver.

It was not immediately clear if Franco-Gonzalez had a lawyer. Vancouver police said Monday they found "numerous pounds of explosive material," improvised explosive devices, guns and drugs when thy searched his apartment. They also said they planned to search other locations and that additional charges are expected.
