On Friday, March 15, the Children’s Underground will be hosting its second annual Blossom Festival from 5 to 8 p.m.

Families are invited to come explore and enjoy the Underground’s hands-on activities.  There will be an array of children’s activities including a story hour, decorating and planting a flower pot to take home, a puppet show, hair feathers, live music, and games.  Child-friendly food and beverages will be served.  Wine and beer will be available for those 21 and over.

The Blossom Festival will also include a silent and live auction, with all proceeds benefiting the Children’s Underground, which has been delighting and teaching the children of the Yakima Valley,and children visiting from all over the country and the world since 1995.  Allied Arts will be hosting a puppet show at the event.

Admission into the Blossom Festival is $10 per adult, $5 per child, and no more than $25 per family.  Tickets can be purchased at the Yakima Valley Museum’s front desk, located at 2105 Tieton Drive, or on the day of the event at the door.
