The Yakima Valley Museum will welcome NASA's Chief Scientist later this month to talk about the planets and answer questions like is there life on Mars? Museum Executive Director Peter Arnold says Dr. Jim Green will talk about the importance of science to the future of our planet.

Arnold says Green is the top scientist as NASA who has a lot of information to share. "Prior to holding this point he was Director of Planetary Research. Which means that all the space missions to Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter and Mars came under his jurisdiction."
You can attend Green's presentation Friday, October 26 at the Yakima Capital Theater. Tickets are available at the Capital Theater box office.
