Well, we've got more snow in the forecast for the Yakima Valley. The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for our area that begins at 4 a.m. Thursday (Feb. 14), and remains in effect until 10 Thursday night.
The victims were taken to a Yakima hospital where they're being treated Today. The victims have been identified only as a 37-year-old female from Selah and and 37-year-old male from Wapato. No arrests were made. The investigation continues Today.

The snowy winter of 1995-96 in Yakima will not soon be forgotten. However, it was the subsequent flooding that occurred in the spring of 1996 that was the most memorable. Could it happen again this year?
