Yakima Police Investigate Sunday Shooting

Yakima Police say a 43-year-old man from Yakima is being treated at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after being shot Sunday morning. Officers were called to the 1800 block of South 12th Avenue at about 9:10 a.m. Sunday where they found the man with a gunshot wound to his neck. He was taken to a Yakima hospital then transferred to Harborview.
Yakima police continue to investigate the incident.  No arrests have been made at this time.
