Union Gap marked its founding with the annual Old Town Days celebration Saturday and Sunday.

It's one of the area's longest-running events.

The event started Saturday morning with a parade through downtown Union Gap. Afterward the celebration continued at Fullbright Park. The highlight at the park was a Civil War re-enactment.

Hundreds of Civil War re-enactors come from all over the Northwest to face off in this classic match-up. Old Town Days has been going on for more than a century, but the Civil War battle has only been going for the past three years. Now it's the main attraction.

Along with the re-enactment and a large camp, the city's Central Washington Agricultural Museum,.a soccer tournament, and craft and food booths were big draws.
