Did you know that you’ll burn 36 percent more fat doing interval training – that’s when you alternate intense exercise with milder efforts – as opposed to staying at a steady pace for your entire workout? So try this once a week: Instead of your regular workout, sprint-walk for four minutes, then stroll for two. Repeat this five times.
