Toppenish Owes $13,000 To Yakima Regional Clean Air Authority

Toppenish owes about 13 thousand dollars to the Yakima Regional Clean Air Authority..that's an estimate by a spokesman from the agency....last week a county judge ruled the city must pay annual fees to the clean air agency...apparently the city halted payments five years ago because the city is located on the reservation...which is under federal authority...but the judge ruled the city must still pay up...the city is now deciding wheather to appeal the ruling.
