Think of all the things that people do to annoy you.  Think about why they happen.  Without having the knowledge of what motivates others behavior, we often attribute mean or inconsiderate intent to their actions.

What if you knew why people act a certain way?  What if you could see the invisible cause of what appears to be selfish, grumpy or inconsiderate behavior? Some KIT fans (Thanks Jim & Joyce) sent in this powerful video.  I remember studying psychology back in the late 1970s and reading about Transactional Analysis.  This reminds me of the underlying principles of "I’m OK, You’re OK."  Once you understand what motivates others, it’s easier to have compassion for them and to not take their actions so personally.  This is a great video, I hope you will check it out.
