So Fall is here, the nighttime temperatures are approaching freezing and it’s time to break out the flannel pajamas, right?  Maybe not.The National Sleep Foundation says to go bare if you dare for better sleep!

The Daily Mail reports that research by the foundation shows that only 8% of Americans sleep in the buff  but that is the best way to regulate body temperature, which makes for better sleep.

A study in the journal Diabetes also said that sleeping nude can help you lose weight -- the body’s metabolism is revved up when it – instead of your PJs -- regulates your body temp.

Sleeping naked with a loved one also increased oxytocin levels, which helps relieve stress, improve your mood and is even thought to lower blood pressure. (Daily Mail)
