VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — The remains of a soldier buried in Korea 66 years ago are back in Vancouver.

The Columbian reports that Pfc. William Butz was buried recently after his remains were identified through dental records and X-rays.

His sister Betty Hein said it's been a long haul to get him back.

Niece Donita Kessler said it's a joy to have him home and to be among the fortunate families who have gotten closure for relatives who had been missing in action.
