Man With Gun Stops Traffic in Yakima

Yakima Police have arrested a man who they say was sitting in a car in the parking lot of the Social Security Administration offices on Fruitvale Blvd earlier Today. Police say someone saw the man with a 9mm handgun. Police closed Fruitvale for a short time before taking the man into custody. No injuries were reported. Fruitvale has been reopened.
