Holiday Decor Can Attract Theft

It's great to show off your holiday spirit, but that may be what potential burglars are look for, too.

While everyone seems to enjoy displaying their Christmas tree, it might not be a good idea to display the gifts that go along with it. The reason is simple: while you're enjoying the view from inside, a crook could be enjoying the view as well.

Decorations, inside the house and outside, are potential targets for people to peek in and say "Hey, I'm going to steal that." Just play it safe and on lock-down.
