Father’s Day

Father’s Day is this Sunday.  Yea. One lousy day is all we get. Better make the most of it I suppose. Perhaps we can learn something from this list of manly movie men…all nominees for top pop.

Sure, your dad saidhe didn't want anything for Father's Day, but that might also have been a not-so-subtle hint that, thanks to the last several holidays, he has quite enough ties and golf balls, thank you.

Sometimes grown men cry.  This is one of those times.

For most people, jury duty is an inconvenient task at the least. At the same time, it speaks to our fundamental rights as American citizens.

I didn't get to celebrate Father's Day for myself officially until 2002. Now it is definitely a day I look forward to.

My own father has been gone for twenty years. Now I'm the dad, and it amazes me that his words come out of my mouth.

After exhaustive research and hours of interviews, we came up with a list of the Top Five gifts that Dad's would like for Father's Day this year.

I asked for this for Father's Day last year, and didn't get it. So, here we go again.

As we close in on Father’s Day I am so happy that all my kids are happy.  Son Lance is 37, daughter Sarah is 29, Dacotah 23 and Katie is 3….not a typo…she’s 3.  I am a different and better person and parent today than back in the day.  Back then we are all lead to believe that children meant “happiness.”
