The lone survivor of last month's deadly car crash in Grandview that took the lives of two Grandview high school students has been released from the hospital. Jovannie Razo was the driver of the car that crashed into a tree. Razo was in critical condition for some time after the crash. His status was upgraded to satisfactory about a month ago.

Deputies say Razo was speeding when he lost control of his vehicle crashing into a tree.

Authorities say 16-year-old Kevin Lopez-Gonzalez and 16-year-old Carlos Ochoa died in the crash just north of Grandview.
