Caitlyn Jenner Not Being Charge in Fatal Highway Wreck

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Caitlyn Jenner is off the hook as far as facing criminal charges in a fatal highway wreck earlier this year. But she still faces civil lawsuits from the family of the woman who died in the accident and from the driver of the other car she hit. Meanwhile Jenner says she is relieved she isn't facing criminal charges — but has also issued a statement expressing sympathy to those involved. She calls it "a devastating tragedy."
