YWCA Yakima has announced its annual Leadership Luncheon, a key community event dedicated to supporting Emily’s Place, the organization’s emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence, along with vital services for women and children across the Yakima Valley.

THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER HAS A LIVED EXPERIENCE

This year’s fundraiser will feature Leslie Morgan Steiner, a nationally recognized author, advocate, and survivor whose inspiring memoir, Crazy Love, has touched millions and shed light on the realities of intimate partner violence. According to a news release Steiner’s powerful message calls communities to action—urging support for survivors and investment in their long-term safety and healing.
