Officers responded after getting calls about gunfire in the area
Yakima Police Capt. Jay Seely says officers responded after getting reports of multiple shots fired in the area at about 7:40 pm Wednesday. When they arrived they found a 71-year-old man lying in the driveway of the home. The victim, who hasn't been identified was shot in the stomach. Police say the man walked out of his home and up to the vehicle before being shot
After an investigation Seely says they learned that a dark colored sedan pulled into the victim’s driveway at about 7:40 pm Wednesday.
