Yakima Police Still Searching For Teen Killer Suspect

Yakima Police continue to the search for a suspect wanted in a near fatal shooting Sunday April 21 in East Yakima. 16-year-old David Martinez was fatally shot while he and 4 other teens were walking in the 1800 block of Sliger Road. Police say two men with guns confronted the group and a fight started. It ended with the death of Martinez and the serious wounding of a 19-year-old suspect who remains in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The other suspect hasn't been arrested but police are searching for the suspect Today.
