Yakima Police are still investigating after vandals scrawled paint on Saint Paul's Cathedral School. Principal Terry Faletto says the school has been cleaned, but last Thursday students and staff arrived to find satanic graffiti sprayed on the walls of the school, paint thrown on the some of the playground equipment, and a stolen Virgin Mary Statue. According to police several people broke in through an unlatched window on the first floor of the school, they took paint and chalk from one of the art rooms and vandalized several areas around the school. "Pretty much all over the school they wrote some very anti-Christian things around the school." Faletto says the vandals spray painted an inverted cross, the numbers 666 and several other inappropriate remarks. They also dumped paint on some of the playground equipment, but surprisingly they were able to have all of it cleaned up in less than 2 hours for a school bbq. It wasn't the first time the school was hit by vandals, Faletto says they've had several other vandalism attacks. Police are still investigating.
