Yakima Police Identify Two Shooting Victims

Two victims injured in a shooting Saturday in the 300 block of North 8th Street have been identified by the Yakima Police Department. 18-year-old Amador Ruiz and 18-year-old Alec Martinez-Gonzalez were both injured in the shooting. Ruiz remains in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle while Martinez-Gonzalez was treated at a local hospital and released. No suspects have been arrested in the shooting reported at about 11:00 p.m. Saturday night.
