Yakima Diocese Facing Another Sex Abuse Lawsuit

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Yakima is facing another lawsuit...this time it's from a yakima man who claims sexual abuse by an associate pastor in the 1970's. The suit was filed earlier this month in Superior Court. It's the 5th case filed against the Yakima Diocese. It's already paid more than a million dollars to settle claims and it's paid 1.5 million on legal fees.
