Triple Murder Case Moving Forward

A judge decided not to throw out the murder case against accused murderer Kevin Harper at a pre-trial hearing Monday morning.

Our news partner KIMA Action News reports the judge is now working to set a date for a hearing to determine whether the detective and prosecutor were illegally listening to Harper's phone conversations with his lawyer in jail.

The courtroom was full of family and friends of both Harper and the victims.
