Star Trek's Mr. Spock used to say "Live long and prosper".  Perhaps the Vulcan knew what the University of Missouri knows -- GOLF is the key!

University of Missouri researchers looked at 6,000 people, and found those who played golf at least once a month were much more likely to be alive ten years later, compared to those who didn't play the sport.

(Is it the walking and the play or is it the letting out those frustrations and stress when you hit a few bad shots? )

You guessed it! The experts say golf can provide health benefits like stress reduction, and it's an exercise that's easy to keep up as it's social in nature and goes at a controlled pace.

Also, the pace and and movement means people can typically continue playing golf well into old age .

Wanna add TEN?  Better yell FOUR!!
