Teens Unhurt After Being Rescued From Yakima River

Two teens were rescued from an island on the Yakima River Monday afternoon by members of the Yakima County Sheriff's Office Swift Water Rescue Team.

Authorities say the two teens were fishing in a small raft when the current pushed the them onto the island and punctured the raft, which caused it to start leaking air.

The teens were given a ride to shore. They were not injured.
