Teens Lucky To Be Alive After Car Crashes Into Train

Four teens from East Valley High School escaped serious injury on saturday after they crashed thier car into a freight train in the 14 hundred block of West Birchfield Road. County Sheriffs' Deputies say the driver is expected to be charged with negligent driving in District court this week. They say he was speeding when he crashed into the side of the locomotive. The teens were taken to local hospitals where they were treated and released over the weekend. The crash happaned at about 2:30 Saturday afternoon.
