Lots of people have been asking why the Lamb Burger booth isn't open this year.

Masks will now be required during your entire visit to the fair both indoors and outdoors regardless of your vaccination status.

The only thing different this year will be the requirement to wear a mask whenever you enter a building on the fairgrounds.

Because there are so many frontline essential workers in the valley the 500 tickets will be distributed through a lottery.

Fair officials say people will be hired on the spot during a job fair set for Wednesday, July 28 from 11:00AM to 7:00PM in the Modern Living Building at Yakima's State Fair Park
