On Friday, March 30th, there's a spaghetti feed and silent auction to benefit Jerry Bunting of Yakima. Jerry was one of most helpful men in Yakima and now it your turn to help him.

Jerry was diagnosed was Stage 3, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and underwent chemo in December of 2010. After completing 6 weeks chemo he slowly regained his strength and felt better. However, it was short lived. In December 2011, Jerry had symptoms of what appeared to be a stomach flu. His symptoms worsened and he was admitted to the hospital. Several tests later confirmed that Jerry did not have a the flu. The diagnosis was an operative Stage 3 Colon cancer, Carcinoma. Surgery was successful, however, the Carcinoma had spread to his lymph nodes. Subsequently, Jerry required a second surgery due to complications. Finally, Jerry was released from the hospital. He is recorvering at hom with his wife, Renee, of 20 years and his new puppy, Ali and will begin chemo soon. This fundraiser will help with the may costs associated with Jerry's illness!
