Four Yakima schools are getting some much needed upgrades as kids prepare to go back to school within the next 6 weeks. Nob Hill, Hoover, Garfield, and Mckinley elementary are all getting new heating and cooling systems as well as windows, even new wiring to support more computers. School officials say all the buildings were built in the 50's and 60's so it's going to be a big improvement and money saver. the 5 million dollar work is funded by grants and a school bond.
