For instance, you can recycle shredders, brooms/stick vacuums, fans, robot vacuums, upright/canister vacuums at the Best Buy in Union Gap. Other electronics may incur a $25 per item recycling fee, so either call 1-800-Recycle or visit this database and put in your zip code to find the drop off center nearest you. (If you need to request a pickup, there is a $199+ fee)
Most Goodwill stores will also accept electronic gear (even if it doesn't work) and textile/fabric donations.
