A man arrested after being shot by a business owner in Yakima on Monday, April 22nd faces a charge of 2nd degree burglary.  23-year-old Felipe Samano is being held in the Yakima County jail. His next court appearance is set for May 7. Police say Samano was burglarizing the Farmers Insurance office in downtown Yakima when the business owner Juan Silva walked into the business. Silva grabbed his gun and fired a shot at Samano who was grazed in the face and arm. Police arrested Samano and now he faces a charge of second degree burglary.
The prosecutors office is still reviewing the case to determine if Silva was correct in using deadly force.
