One Killed Another Injured in Shooting Near Grandview

A shooting in the Grandview area has left one man injured and another man dead. Yakima County Sheriff's Deputies were called at about 2:24 a.m. Saturday after receiving reports of shots fired between two groups of people in the 1200 block of Puterbaugh Road near Grandview. The people were reportedly attending a rooster/cock fighting event when the shooting happened. One man was injured and taken to a hospital another man was found dead in a field near the intersection of Charvet and Hornby Rd.
No names have been released and no arrests have been made. An investigation is underway.
