May Day March In Yakima To Draw Hundreds To Downtown

The annual May Day March for those who support immigration reform is set for Sunday in Yakima. The march starts at 3:30 at Yakima's Miller Park. Marchers will follow a route around downtown and end up back at the park where an event will be held with speakers talking about immigration reform. Members of Grassroots Yakima will also hold a counter protest against illegal immigration at the corner of First street and Yakima avenue.
