It's been almost a decade since I chose a weekend to volunteer up at Camp Prime Time. A weekend filled with memories, pancakes, and friendships that I will never forget. If this is your first time hearing about Camp Prime Time, let me introduce you.

Camp Prime Time serves the whole family with a seriously ill or developmentally disabled child. ... Guest families are served by volunteers that cook, clean, help, facilitate, and share of themselves.

It is an incredible experience for families to come together and bond over similar struggles and successes that come with seriously ill and developmentally disabled children. It's also a time for siblings of those who are seriously ill or developed disabled and caretakers to take a break from the normal day-to-day, to get away and go on some adventures so when regular life picks back up, everyone can handle it with a bit more energy. It's a gift that keeps on giving and you can be a part of it!

The 2021 Camp Prime Time Building Memories Auction is now live. First text Camp Prime Time at 71760 and follow the link that is sent back to you, complete the registration and you can start bidding on items donated by the community. All the money raised will go right back to creating memories for future trips up to Camp Prime Time and all that it takes to make sure the cabins and facilities are in tip-top shape.

You have from now through November 20th to get your bids in and on that day, people who do not find items to bid on can always register and do the paddle raise. Every dollar helps ensure all those special kids who want to come to Camp Prime Time next year!
