Despite a plea bargain agreement that allowed 30-year-old Kevin Harper to escape murder charges last month the investigation into the Goggin family murders continues. Yakima County Chief Deputy Stew Graham says investigators are now focusing on Tracy Culton, the only other suspect charged with murder in the case. The original suspect Kevin Harper faces a seven year prison term after pleading guilty to stolen property and weapons charges last month. Harper is expected to be sentenced in early January. Three members of the Goggin family were killed in their West Valley home in February of 2011.
