ilky Way or York Peppermint Pattie? The Peppermint Pattie has less saturated fat and less sugar, and none of the hydrogenated oils in the Milky Way.

--Kit Kat or Twix? The Kit Kat has less sugar and less saturated fat.

--Reese’s Pieces or Cups? Go with the cups for less saturated fat and avoid the hydrogenated fat and artificial colors in the pieces.

--Charms Blow Pop or Smarties? Smarties have less sugar.

--Mounds or Almond Joy? Both VERY similar but Mounds have the edge because they don’t contain hydrogenated oils that are in Almond Joy.

--Gobstoppers or Raisinets? Raisinets contain less sugar while being free of artificial colors and hydrogenated oils.

--Mike & Ikes or Twizzlers? Twizzlers have less sugar.
