Driver Hits Big Rock On I-82

A driver struck a large rock on I 82 Sunday afternoon injuring the 65 year old man and his 47 year old passenger. State Troopers say the rock came from the side of a hill about 6 miles west of Selah. Troopers say the man's car was totaled. It happaned at about 12:30 Sunday afternoon. The passenger was treated and released but the 65 year old driver was listed in satisfactory condition at a Yakima hospital on Sunday.
