If you have a young person in your home it's likely they spend a lot of time on the phone or computer. But do you know what they're looking at? The Yakima School District is holding a parent forum Thursday night to talk about cyber security. District spokesperson Kirtsten Fitterer says "there's just a lot out there that parents have questions about."
The Yakima School District's Director of Technology, Andy Gonzalez will give the keynote address regarding Cyber Security called Teens, Technology & Trends." Afterwards breakout sessions will be held to talk about Kindergarten readiness, high school graduation requirements and gang awareness.
The forum at Washington Middle School Starts at 5:00 p.m. Thursday.
