Completion Of Courthouse Moved To Late July

A multi-million dollar job to make the county courthouse more energy efficient continues beyond the deadline. Yakima County Public Works Director Vern Redifer says the completion date has come and gone. The courthouse was supposed to be finished last week. Redifer says the county is charging the contractor $1,500 a day. The completion date is now set for late July.
