Yakima County Courthouse Remains Closed Wednesday

Air purifiers are being used on the third floor of the Yakima County Courthouse Wednesday after a fire outside the building on Tuesday poured smoke into the building. The courthouse remains closed Wednesday after Tuesday's fire. Its' expected to reopen on Thursday. Yakima Fire Department investigators say the fire was accidental, caused by a worker using a cutting torch hours before the fire was spotted between the buildings.
