Businessman Determined to Open Strip Club

The attorney for a Zillah businessman who wants to open a strip club in Yakima says the fight isn't over.

JJ Sandlin says his client won't quit until the doors of his adult business are opened. Sandlin says he's filed a Federal lawsuit against the city for the denial of a proposed strip club on South First Street last year. And Sandlin says he's now looking at 3 new locations where a strip club could be opened under city zoning laws.
