Bruce Smith Talks About the Two-Thirds Iniative on the November Ballot

An initiative which requires the Yakima City Council to get a two-thirds majority for tax increases will be on the November ballot. The groups Citizens for Two-Thirds successfully gathered the 4,400 valid signatures to put the measure on the ballot. Bruce Smith, publisher of the Yakima Valley Business Times is a supporter of the measure. He will be on "The Mike Bastinelli Show" today.
