A May Trial Date Set for Third Person in the Goggin Murder Case
A trial date has been set in May for Tennance Buckingham. Police say Buckingham helped former triple murder suspect Kevin Harper get rid of evidence, and now he will face a jury for it.
Buckingham is charged with trafficking stolen property and rendering criminal assistance.
Sheriff's deputies say Buckingham had a laptop stolen from West Valley murder victims' Bettye, Pauline and Bill Goggin. But they say he was not involved in the home invasion or their murders.
