Yakima County Prosecutors and Sheriff's Detectives say they will continue to investigate the murders of Bill, Pauline and Betty Goggin in their West Valley home, but currently no one in charged in the crime reported in February 2011. On Friday, Yakima County prosecutors announced that charges were dropped against Tracy Culton, the only remaining suspect.

Prosecutors wrote in a news release "Culton was not involved in the planning or participation in the triple homicide." Sheriff's department detectives interviewed "dozens of witnesses" that supported her alibi, according to the release. Culton also took a polygraph test, which concluded she was "truthful regarding her non-involvement in the planning and/or participation in the Goggin murders."

Prosecutors say they will continue to investigate, but no suspects are in custody who are directly connected to the murders of the Goggin family.
