2019 Memorial Day Parade Set for Saturday in Yakima

Thousands of people are expected to attend the 2019 Memorial Day parade along Yakima Avenue on Saturday. The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at about 12:00 p.m.
During the parade Yakima Avenue will be closed from Seventh Avenue to Naches Avenue. Staging starts at 8:00 a.m. on Sixth Avenue. As a result Sixth Avenue will be closed from Yakima Avenue to Walnut Street early Saturday morning.
